Resource Director: Salary Negotiable

The Bacup Shoe Company is a leading supplier of footwear to major UK retailers. The Company also has a number of successful in-house brands and patents including redfoot. The majority of supplies are sourced from China. Due to strong growth a new position of Resource Director has been created. Responsibilities will include, taking charge of the Company's team of dedicated staff at its China office, control and development of quality control systems, product technical, social compliance, material and component sourcing, negotiation with suppliers, and customer liaison. The successful candidate will have excellent experience in this area with a proven track record. He will be based in China.
